Reed Poker Online Event #22 Results

Tonights game had 6 or 5 players depending on how you look at it. Reed managed to last until 4th place without even playing a hand… well except for two of his all ins that resulted in him winning and doubling or tripling up.

Outlaw was on a rush and could not help but win hands early on to take the lead. Jeff who is usually the one catching cards must have hit a cold deck tonight since he played almost as many hands as Reed.

Outlaw Jesco knocked off Sloce, Harley and Reed, while Mukraven took out Car_guy. Lasted 2:45 with HU battle between Outlaw and Mukraven lasting an hour with a lot of back and forth action ended with matt all in with 78o and trinity calling with A4o. Trinity flopped 2 pair to finish Matt off.

6th - Sloce
5th - Harley
4th - AllinReed
3rd - Carguy $6
2nd - Mukraven $9
Champion - OutlawJesco $15

RPL Event #6- "3-peat"

Seven players brought deep pockets to the table for this $20 rebuy event. There was 17 $20 rebuys or add-ons to make the total pot $420.00.

Chris was the first victim finishing in 7th place in this rebuy event as he struggled to get going in this event. Matt busted Chris.

Brian was next on the chopping block when there was 101066X board. Brian pushed all-in with his K high and Adam called with his A high. The points leader coming in finishes in 6th place.

Trinity who lost a big pot with QQ to start normal play went card dead and decided to shove with A5. Adam instacalled with A6. Adam's hand held and Trinity finishes in 5th place.

Now we're at the cash bubble with Jeff and Sean both shortstacked. Jeff gets KJ to push with and gets called with Adam's AQ. Adam's hand held again to knock Jeff out on the bubble.

Sean surives to the money after the big pot vs. Adam earlier. Three-handed play, Sean called the BB with J9 suited, Matt folds and Adam checks. The flop comes 973. Sean pushes all-in with his top pair and Adam instacalls with 74. Sean has to avoid Adam's 6 outs, but Adam catches a 7 on the river to bust Sean 3rd place. Sean wins $80 for 3rd place.

Matt and Adam are now heads-up with Adam holding an approx. 3:1 chip lead. After a few hands, the money gets all-in and Matt hits fours cards to a flush to double. Alittle later, both players have junk hands and Adam ends up with a full house to doubles through Matt failed flush.

Final hand, Matt holds 98 and pushes post flop when a 9 hits the flop. Adam calls with a straight and flush draw. The river brings an 8 anf fills Adam's Q-high straight. Matt finishes in 2nd and takes home $120.

Adam wins for the 3rd straight month to win the Mid-Season medal and $220. He busted 5 of 6 players during this victory. Adam now holds the POY points lead w/ 97 pts.

RPO Event #20 Results Are In

Tonights tourney was a $2+1 rebuy and there was equal parts tight equal parts loose play at the table. Early on Sean was taking down pots like he owned it. He probably caused most of the rebuys. In frustration some saw him as the "donkey king" others the "king of rebuys". Sean did succumb to the bad flop gods when as the aggressor he flopped top pair and a good kicker while Jeff with wired twos flopped his set. This put Sean out and made Jeff a dominating chip leader at the end of the rebuy period.

Action continued tight as everone was aware of the bubble situation and Jeff's large stack (about a 4:1 stack) but even the tall must fall at some point. Trinity hit some good hands to build back up from the low stack and become a contender in the race to not go out on the bubble. Matt of course became frustrated when Trinity would hit the board and Matt could not continue. It all came to a head when Matt with a set of 6's decided to look Trinity up when Trinity pushed all in. Only to find Trinity also had a set of 6's with a 9 kicker to Matt's 7. Matt finished 4th.

In the money, action continued with some aggression since blinds and antes where getting higher. Trinity put a dent in Jeff's stack to take the lead when his AQ flopped 2 pair for a pot of about $10k. Within a couple of hands Jeff took another hit when his wired 8's allin preflop was called by Brian with Ax. Brian flopped the A and ended with a straight for about $12k. Now crippled with a short stack($1.5k) Jeff has little choice but to push all in. This worked the first time but not the second when Trinity (A6) called Jeff (J8). The ace paired and Jeff was out 3rd.

Now Heads up and chip stacks are almost exactly even. Play continued with the lead bouncing between Trinity and Brian. Both of which were surprised to be heads up. Trinity flopped top pair Qs to be called allin by Brian's wired Aces. Trinity goes out 2nd and Brian finishes 1st. Will Brian reclaim the online points lead with this win? We shall see.

5th Sean
4th Matt

3rd Jeff $8.80
2nd Trinity $13.20

1st Brian $22
