Reed Hits it Big on FTP!
Sean was playing a pretty good slate of mtt's Sunday night and was deep into 4 of them. He ended up busting out of one and min. cash in another. However, it was the two remaining tournaments that would become exciting. He was still in both of the New Big Daily Doubles on FTP ($75 buy-in).
The Daily Doubles have a jackpot that's added to every night. Basically, if you cash in both mtt's you get a %, highest combined double cash gets %, double FT gets 20% and double wins get the jackpot. The jackpot was $22k.
Sean was able to avoid the suckouts and get a couple on his way to two final tables. He ended up finishing 6th in B and won A. Once the numbers were finalized, Sean brought in $10.3k for his efforts. This is largest cash to date and best month ever!!!

RPO Event #3 Results
We had 8 players tonight for Pot-Limit Omaha. Sean dozed off, but when he did join it was with a lead foot. In just a few hand, he took the chip lead. It ended up with Chris D. and Sean HU for title. Sean about a 3:1 lead, but it didn't matter. Chris chipped away and eventually took Sean down for the win. Nice Job!

Reed Poker Online Event #2
Tonight we had five players (really 4 since Sean was a no show). Trinity started off the game taking the first hand and remained chip leader until heads up where Jeff gained the chip lead when his river flush beat Trinity's top two pair. After battling back Trinity retook a massive lead during Razz and then Jeff hit great cards in the Stud Hi round. Trinity managed to survive to the next level of Stud H/L only to go out a few hands later.
Congrats Jeff!
1st - Jeff ($16.25)

5th - Matt (last again)

RPL Gains a Decent Second Table for '08
With the new year, it was decided by the executives at the Reed Poker League that it would be good to invest in a decent second table since more often than not we were having enough people for two tables. January's game will debut the new table complements of Dick's Sporting Goods (actually we had to pay them)
